The following changes have been implemented on the Checkout page as of August 7, 2024 (#8917):

The Billing Method section has been updated to show only the "INVOICE: Enter AU #" custom payment method if "TeamHealth FedEx Account (your AU# will be billed)" is selected as the shipping method.
The Billing Method section has been updated to show only the "PayPal" custom payment method which contains both "Paypal" and "Debit or Credit Card" options if "FedEx Ground" is selected as the shipping method.

The following changes have been implemented on the Billing Address section of the Checkout page as of June 18, 2025 (#10043):

The “Personal Information” subheader has been updated to “Billing Contact Information".
The "Continue" button has been updated to remain disabled until the "Company" field contains a value.

- The custom code on the Billing Address section of the Checkout page has been updated to include checking the Company field when the "Same as Shipping Address" is clicked. (#10043 - June 25, 2025)

For the product with SKU BSCD-TH, the input field for the “Department, Service Line, Group/Region” personalization has been divided into three fields: one input field and two dropdowns with options from the provided sheet. When the user selects “Other: (fill in)” in either the Service Line or Group/Region dropdown, an input field is added next to the dropdown so the user can enter a custom value. The values from these three fields are then combined into one value and used as the personalization for “Department, Service Line, Group/Region.”
For the products with SKUs #10REGENV and #10WINENV, the input fields for the “Service Line” and “Postal Endorsement” personalizations have been updated with options from the provided sheet. When the user selects “Other: (fill in)” in the Service Line dropdown, an input field is added next to it so the user can enter a custom value. The selected dropdown value (or the entered value if “Other” is chosen) is then used as the value for the original input fields.
For the products with SKUs LBL-2CLR, LTHD-TH, and NOTEPAD, the input field for the “Service Line, Group/Region” personalization has been divided into two dropdowns with options from the provided sheet. When the user selects “Other: (fill in)” in either dropdown, an input field is added next to it so the user can enter a custom value. The values from these two fields are then combined into one value and used as the personalization for “Service Line, Group/Region.”
For the product with SKU LBL-2CLR, the personalization section has been updated so that only one set of the “Service Line, Group/Region,” “Address, Suite,” and “City, State Zip” fields is visible. The values entered or selected in this first set are automatically applied to all other sets, so the user only needs to fill them out once and all six labels in the Virtual Sample display the same information.

The heading for "Personal Information" in the shipping address section of the checkout page has been updated to "Ship To Information". [#10354] (Sepmtebr 18, 2025)

The option labeled ‘Other: (fill in)’ under the Service Line, Group/Region, and Department dropdowns has been updated to ‘Other’. [#10317](Sepmtebr 18, 2025)

For the product with SKU LBL-2CLR, the personalization section has been updated so that only one set of logo selection buttons is visible. The logo selected in this first set (the only visible selection) will automatically be applied to all other selections, so the user only needs to select once, and all six logos in the Virtual Sample display will reflect the chosen logo. The following changes have been implemented on the Product page of products with the SKU "NOTEPAD" and "LTHD-TH" as of June 10, 2026 (#11111):

The "required" asterisk has been removed from the "Service Line" and "Group/Region" field labels.
The "Add to Cart" button has been updated to be visible regardless of whether the "Service Line" and "Group/Region" fields have values or not.

The following changes have been implemented on the Product page for the product with the SKU "BSCD-TH" as of June 11, 2026 (#11111):

The "Department" field has been removed from the "Department, Service Line, Group/Region" section.
All custom code related to the "Department" field have been updated to not involve said field.
The "Service Line" field label has been updated to "Department or Service Line".
